About Us

The State YRS Geoportal aims to Geo-tagging of all sports facilities in the State of Nagaland and those with a smart phone can easily identify stadia, playfields, swimming pools and the playfields and sports infrastructures in all 11 districts by just swiping their gadgets.
The present initiative will be compilation of different type of sports infrastructures/ sports facilities, playfields, playgrounds in different parts of the State, i.e. from District, Block up to village level, which are created under various schemes of States/ Central to facilitate the local population as well as mapping/geo-locating those available facilities using mobile or web applications along with their associated attributes with an inherent objective of dissemination of information about them and ensure their optimum utilization.
